Rachel in the office is always amazing! She is super responsive and helpful. She always makes sure to call me back when she says she will and goes out of her way to find out answers if she doesn’t have one. No they don't even verify student living. Most of the people living here are not students. The roommates that I got matched with were doing a bunch of illegal stuff in the apartment. It's a very shady complex that tries to get as much money as they can out of you. I would definitely not recommend living here.
We do have two bedroom units! In our two bedroom units each bedroom has their own bathroom and walk in closet. Our rental prices also include your cable, internet, water, and electricity (with a green cap). Our pricing and special do change, so feel free to give us a call 910.213.3573.
