I've only passed through, but looks relatively nice. May have storage spaces. Also a pool and terraces.

I’ve been here for almost a year and had little issues. I get along with my neighbors. Everyone minds their own business. For the price of rent here I feel it’s a decent complex. New management just took over and she is great and really trying to make improvements aesthetically. I’ve lived in 3 complexes in Wilmington. The other 2 the rent was much higher and I had lots of issues. This has been the best place so far.

My husband worked here as maintenance. Management told him not to let tennants know about the widespread mold problem, and if asked to lie about it. Plumbing problems are severe and effect just about every unit. Roaches are out of control. Management refuses to spend any money on needed repairs including, vacant units that are waiting to be filled. There is no insolation to dampen noise so, you will probably get constant calls from the office warning you to keep your tv or music down even if the volume never goes beyond a reasonablely low level. The fires, flooding, and ceilings crashing down from reaccuring plumbing and electrical problems that are never fixed. Move here at your own risk and plan on living a nightmare just about every day. This is the truth about just a few of the issues that this complex has, there are many more. Not in any way a retaliation review. Oh yeah, plan on your rent to increase substantially after you move in.

This place is old and falling apart... And super gross

Around $860 a month
In all the years that I have rented I have personally never met a more unprofessional property manager. Their hours vary from what is listed online, they will not respond to calls or emails consistently and will chanGe the terms of a leasing agreement with full knowledge that as a lesser you will be less inclined to follow up letigiously. Should you pursue housing with Harbour Ridge make sure you make copies of everything. Get a time stamp on everything. The better alternative is to seek housing nearby. There are more amenities available and you will not have to deal with the headache and heartache of being misled.
