Hello my name is Franklin Henry Charlot and I've been staying at 714 Easton Apartment Homes for almost a year ny. And let me tell you, I've have been getting the best service from those two young ladies the office. They greet you and are very knowledgeable on all the subjects that you are curious about. I thank them every time I come in the office.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I REPEAT, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! The place is bug infested. Like cockroaches… and LOTS of them. They dont fix anything… even when you put it on the lease agreement. They don’t care about working with their residents.. They’re QUICK to try and evict someone. The washers and dryers BARELY work. My car was stolen off the property and the best that they could say was “Dang, we’re getting our cameras installed now.” I have yet to see one. I can’t wait to leave this place. Next June can’t come fast enough. Stay away from here. And if you still decide to live here, DONT SIGN THE LEASE UNTIL YOU SEE THE UNIT YOU’LL BE LIVING IN FOR THE NEXT YEAR.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS PLACE. They do not answer the phone, they are disrespectful and lie straight to your face. After waiting 3 weeks on a response about whether or not I was approved, I finally decided to go with another apartment complex. I was told I would get $350 back out of the $400 you have to put down to apply ($400 - seriously?). I waited a month and a half on this check, and it took calling them over and over and over again for that to happen. Not to mention, when I FINALLY get the refund check, it’s only $200 of it. They are straight scam artists. Do not waste your time or your money. Thank god I didn’t end up actually live here, cause can you imagine?
