I was in search of an obgyn for several years and I finally found her! My experience with Dr. Vitale has been excellent so far. She is very personable, never rushes an appt and always takes her time to answer all questions and address all concerns. I have never had this experience with any of my previous doctors. The few negative reviews that Dr. Vitale has are not a direct reflection of her as a doctor, and have to do with wait times, scheduling etc. In my opinion, the reviews should only be geared towards the experience patients have with the doctor herself, which in that case, is 5 stars.

Wonderful OBGYN. I have been seeing Dr. Vitale for almost a decade and she has remained an intelligent, caring and professional doctor. However, despite the majority of her staff also reflecting the above, there is one individual, her main receptionist, who is in desperate need of an attitude adjustment and customer service training. Every time I speak with this receptionist she always makes me feel like I’m inconveniencing her by simply checking in or making an appointment. Her overall attitude is poor and she is wildly dismissive. I wouldn’t want this to affect Dr. Vitale’s overall review but hopefully she can find a more personable customer-facing employee.

Met Diane at a health fair when she first opened her practice. I liked her and switched to her office as my gynecologist. I moved away from the area 6 years ago but stayed with Dr. Vitale. I just called for a yearly check up and after giving my full name and month and date of my birthday the receptionist took exception to my unwillingness to give my birth year ( I remember when they couldn't ask that ) Trust me my name is uncommon. Coupled with my birth month and date I would be the only patient who's file would populate. I asked for a yearly check up appointment. June is first available JUNE!! I'm about done with the medical profession. And I'm most assuredly done with Dr. Vitale. Driving 45 minutes for a doctor who sets appointments 6 months our is unconscionable. Sadly I've rated the whole office low. What a sad day for medicine.
