The store lacks decent management. Only one person on the register, despite the line being super long while several other employees were in the back chatting away and cursing loudly. I can't blame the single cashier working the line. I'm sure she's doing what she can. However, she did decide to start restocking while several people had already been waiting in line. Just put the stuff in a cart, push to the side, and continue with the line..

Chiquita Carter

This is one of my favorite places in the Whole neighborhood. Rodney has great interpersonal skills and his Customer Service skills are excellent along with his communication skills are healthy and a plus. I really like the short young guy Bobby and the young light skinned young lady that works returns she is fast friendly and precise. And Jackie is the best she kept my recipet one day I was rushing before work and she kept it at the register all day for me. Bless her ❤. I love this Store and Miss Trice as well and the Loss prevention officers are always helping to get the lines moving and customer service. And I can't forget my favorite guy with the hearing disability he always ❤Salutes me and I do it in return. There like my family. It's the Best Ross in Maryland. All Rock Star Solid employees 👌. They need to fire the manager who told his staff member in front of all of us customers "NO" when they said they can't work Saturdays anymore. Those are PEOPLE, not machines. She said she has classes on Saturdays, but this man didn't even want to hear it. I don't care if she only works three days a week, if she is no longer available on those days, you CANNOT force her to come in. That type of management takes a huge hit on morale, and I would never want to work at this location. When you see large issues with service, you look at the management.
