Wish I could rate 0 star. This place has mice( wondering in the apartment) and full of insects. Warm water pressure at the third floor is awful and you pay over $2000 per month for this.

1. Our move in date was postponed by 16 days even though contract promised 1/30 was move in date, we signed, we paid, etc. We had to sleep in a motel because of this. They did zero to reconcile this 2. Apartment was still being cleaned when we arrived on the new date and was disgusting to include cleaners sweeping trash and debri and dirt onto out carpet. I have videos. 3. Our assigned parking space had somebody else in it whek we arrived 4. These people are slum lords and completely took advantage of us. BTW rent is 2300 for our apartment - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

Its has been great staying at Glen Oaks Apartments. Its very quiet and the Management team are very friendly, nice and professional. I personally love that all utilities are included and that you can pay your rent on line through the automatic payment system. If you have a problems the Maintenance staff are quick to respond and handle your problem in a timely and professional manner. They have security officers and police officers patrolling the property which makes me feel safe. Being a retired Police Officer myself I feel its important to let your tenants feel safe and secure. You have your own personal parking space so you don't have to worry about finding a parking space when you get home. Overall its a great place to live. The Manager Ms Bennett should be commended for the exemplary way she manages the property. It shows that she cares about her tenants and her staff seem to show the professionalism as she does.

Loved living here. Been here for over 2 and half years, would stay but my rent keeps increasing $100. But I guess it’s time to go. I would recommend getting a top apartment cause the ceilings are thin. I hear my upstairs neighbor’s music and tv every day. And hear every single step they take. You do get a free parking spot, so that’s great! Staff is extremely friendly. Never had an issue with anyone. Probably one of the best management I’ve lived in but those increases are brutal. I will miss this spacious apartment.
