The website does not do the store justice; this is a REAL hardware store! They have a full line of plumbing fittings, hardware, tools, etc. I was able to get supply lines for my bathroom sink as well as a line kit for my fridge's ice marker. The prices were competitive with Lowe's and Home Depot. So, I will try to shop here whenever I can and keep my dollars in the community.

Love this place! Such great customer service literally every time I come in! I love that they have an even wider verity of self defense tools. Convenient for those who work at night or just in general! They always have great prices and I’ve been coming here since I was 15!

Great hardware store! You can buy one screw, the exact size that you need. They have everything! You don't have to buy a plastic wrapped package of 10 items semicolon you can buy the exact number that you need. They have an amazing assortment of all the different sizes of screws, bolts, etc. This is a much better store than the big box stores if you're looking for hardware. They have what you need if you need to fix the toilet, hang a picture, change a lock, make a key... In short they have everything you need for minor repairs around the home. I highly recommend this store!

Very poor customer service, the last time I went was May 2016. My son & I walked in and spoke and the 2 women at the counter were talking and giggling with a guy. My son & I was searching for a particular bolt and were never asked if we needed any assistance and we spent over 45min in the back of the store and going through all bolts and screws before I decided to leave. As my son and I were exiting the store 1 girl asked if we needed any help and my response to her was "It's a little late tobe asking that step your customer service skills up".
