Drove up to this location 25 minutes before closing. Was told they had stopped serving food at the drive thru. As far as I'm concerned, food is to be served until closing, my diabetic mother needed something to eat and she is also missing a gallbladder like myself, and dunkin donuts has always been our go to when we are too busy with work to sit and get a proper meal. There was nowhere around this facility that specified their food service was limited and closed by X time. This location has also treated me disrespectfully in the past when I was down after my father passed away and I was craving some donuts to cheer me up. The lady at the drive thru was very impatient and rude, scoffing and giving me an attitude because I hadn't made my choice after 1 minute of telling her to give some time because I wasn't familiar with the menu. This place needs new management and should retrain the employees to provide better customer service. Maybe it was just that employee but I would be very concerned if someone was working for me and caused customers to not come back. I only came back here because I gave it the benefit of the doubt. After today, I will not be coming to this location. As far as I was concerned, when you're working somewhere that provides food, the food is served until the location closes and you begin to clean up AFTER closing hour. I don't recommend this place. This is the only location that has given me problems. Please avoid.

As usual Dunkin Donuts gives me just what I need in the morning. My one coffee a day was great. If you want a great cup of coffee Dunkin Donuts is definitely the place to go.

Not a good experience. I waited 5 minutes in the drive thru then the lady says, "May I help you"? I said my order then she says "one second" and I waited another 3 minutes. She asked me again, "May I help you"? I said I placed my order but I told her again then it was total silence so I said "Hello"? So she got an attitude saying, "Yeah yeah I got your order" I said but you didn't say anything, how did you expect me to know what's going on? She was very RUDE and disrespectful. If she didn't want to work, she should have stayed home.

Worst customer service. I was in the drive through getting my morning coffee - the lid was not properly closed while the employee was handing the coffee over to me. The extremely hot coffee spilled on my hand and I had to go to local urgent care for burning skin treatment. It seemed that the employee was never trained to say a simple word "sorry" while I was in pain and crying out loud from the burn. Even worse, the way the manager handled the situation - she came to the window expressing annoyance, an attitude, and impatience without any kind of regret. As my skin burning was getting worse, I left the place immediately and went straight to the urgent care to see a doctor. Hope nobody will ever have this kind of experience.
