I like LA fitness Greenbelt. The Assistant general manager with the pink cross is so nice to everyone. Any time you see her she always greeting people or helping someone out. She does an excellent job and she the everyday working.

Compared to other LA Fitness gyms I have been to this joint has nice workout halls and good space area. The downside is that the washrooms here are really dirty, I do not know if they really clean them. The closets too need some upgrades and repairs. Because most lock handles do not work. If they will be fixed I will be visiting here regularly.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Front desk employees are useless. They have very limited knowledge about the gym or amenities. Can only access fitness class schedule through the app, but in reality the classes are first come first serve regardless of reservation. Cycle bikes have broken pedals so make sure you show up early to get a good bike. General managers are super aggressive and pushy for you to purchase a personal trainer package. Very similar to a greasy car salesman. Clean facility but needs major customer service training for all staff.

The gym is not looked after nor clean machines go out of service for months, drinking water filters rarely get changed this gym needs an upgrade definitely not at par with its competitor across the street
