Masks are worn, plexiglass shields, and plenty of room to distance. Felt totally safe there.

I need to provide a non alcoholic lager for a wedding. After I "cookoff" the alcohol, what would be the simplest way to carbonate without re-pitching yeast with priming sugar(this does result in 0.5% alcohol)?

Like others said you can carb in a keg, if not you have other options as priming with minimal sugar for bottles. Check in with Thad and see if he has a simple solution for you.

Do you also have kits for soda? (Root beer ) etc.
