A heaping plate of fresh ceviche, served with prompt service and a warm smile, Peruvian style. Moy Deliscioso! Sweet potato cooked and cooled to absolute perfection and corn like I’ve never experienced. Definitely worth it if you like huge chucks of freshly prepared seafood tossed in spicy sauce. I don’t think you can go wrong here. The menu is well organized and well represents expectations. If you like French fries as much as I do I also recommend trying the yucca fries. So yumma.

Mangyan Walker

I order the 1/4 dark with plantains and green beans. The guy added yellow sauce which compliments the chicken and the plantains. The food is delicious and the service is superb. Its just too bad their restroom is out of order.

My first time here. The chicken was really good. I was underwhelmed with the sides. The only drawback for me was them being stingy on the sauce, and small portions. 4 tiny sauces for a half chicken is ridiculous. $13 should cover a reasonable portion size.

Stumbled across Pollo Cabana when we were in the vicinity. Being new to Peruvian food, asked for suggestions. The grilled chicken was tender and seasoned. The ceviche was outstanding. As this is a dish offered in other parts of the world, Pollo Cabana’s is one of the best and most generous portions I had in a long time.
