I received an email stating my prints were being printed and should be ready when I arrived. I drove 25 minutes to the store just to be told my order will not be ready until tomorrow because there’s another order ahead of mine. So this clearly means my order wasn't started on.

I needed medication urgently and chose this location as the pharmacy as it was closest to me... that was a big mistake. They didn't have my specfic medication in stock so I got a phone call from an automated voice saying the medication wasn't in stock. I was disappointed but willing to wait the next day. I stayed on the line to ask someone when it will be ready. 15 minutes after being on hold, a lady answered and sounded like she was annoyed with me right off the bat despite me not saying anything to her yet. The whole conversation made me feel uncomfortable because of the unsolicited attitude I was met with. She claimed it would be ready the next afternoon so I agreed to pick it up. I never got a text or notification saying it was ready so I called and stayed on the line for an hour... no answer. Tried again the next day, no answer after 30 minutes on hold. A few days had passed after constantly calling and there was no answer. I called another more competent CVS pharmacy to try to get it transferred there since it was in stock and my condition was worsening. The pharmacist had to call them in order to transfer the prescription and she called back saying they didn't answer so I had to walk in there myself just to tell them to transfer it. It ended up being a one minute job that could've easily been done days ago over the phone had they just answered. I'm definitely switching after this situation. Their neglect to do something as simple as answering the phone coulve ended badly for me with my condition had I not taken initiative myself.

Multiple times during last several months called pharmacy and they don't answer the phone, as unbelievable as that dounds. Spoke to front manager who confirmed this is a problem, management cannot get them to pick up the phone. I thought they had fixed the problem , called pharmacy 15 mins after they opened. No answer. Tried again,no answer. Spoke to store manager Juan (12/4/21) He personally went to the pharmacy and instructed them to call. Again they did not call me. Tried later in the day, no answer. Do not use this pharmacy@!! Terrible customer service. I am having all scripts transferred to Walmart where I never have problems.

My first time here. I had a bunch of perscriptions to be filled and the staff was really helpful. When the lines got really full, they had staff come as quickly as possible to start registering. I was really impressed at their proficiency.
