I contacted them reluctantly after being turned away by other attorneys and they quickly took on my case and assured me they would do everything that they could to help me. I was 4 years behind on my payments due to an unexpected job loss and covid. Lisa Taylor and Brent Miller were my main contacts. 6/21/22 I was skeptical at first that I could get help, I had tried contacting the lender which was not productive. My first contact was with David from Homeowners Protection Services. David put me in touch with Roosevelt Law Center after determining that they could assist me with an equity loan that was trying to foreclose on my home of almost 30 years. I specifically reached out to HPS because they said they assisted disabled and low-income families, which I am both. Lynette Tyree, my contact and point person at Roosevelt Law Center, was kind, understanding and most of all made me feel confident that this terrible situation with the Lender could be resolved. Lynette has been extraordinary, very professional and amicable during the entire process. My calls and messages were promptly answered and any concerns or fears I had about the situation were handled well. Roosevelt Law Center worked with my lender and myself to get me on a payment plan that will enable me to remain in my house. Legal fees are also very reasonable, and they will work with you, as I mentioned I am low income and disabled and have limited resources and Roosevelt Law Center was supportive and understanding. I highly recommend using Roosevelt Law Center to handle your legal needs involving your home, they really do want to protect and help you to stay in your family home!
