What an exceptional experience. I purchased a trailer hitch for my truck and had no luck getting it to fit. I called Warner and he said to bring it in so they could look at it. Within 3 hours of my phone call, the hitch was installed for a very fair price. It took some extra work to get it done but they got it on. Just super customer service!! Would absolutely recommend them!

Thank you to Warner's for doing my catback system, air intake, and recently getting my aftermarket downpipe swapped back to stock. They do good work but they are busy! I always end up waiting an hour or 2 just to get in. But it is well worth the wait. The owner and his wife are very nice and the tech David was very helpful and friendly describing what was wrong and what they needed to fix. They are also very reasonable with their prices. I will be coming back for exhaust work if need be. They can't exactly tell you what is legal or not legal for your exact vehicle (you're on your own) but they are more than happy to help you find what you need, at a reasonable price.

The most disgusting customer service I've ever experienced. Over $800, including parts and labor, for a 2001 Pontiac Grand Am catalytic converter. They saw me coming, but I didn't buy.

Warners is a big shop which can handle any welding job, but in my case they repaired a smaller RV generator exhaust pipe, which had come loose on the freeway, was dragged, cracked and scraped before I realized what had happened. The repair work that Brett and Justin accomplished was better than changing it out with a new piece. First of all they used superior metal to replace the cracked section, and secondly, they attached it to the generator so it will never come loose again. Finally, they made all this happen the day before I was leaving on a weeklong family road trip and was resigned to not using the AC or microwave. They saved the day. Now, after traveling over 2,000 miles since the repair, the work is solid. Superior work, quick friendly service, and very reasonable price. Check them out first!
