I ordered a shower door on May 27 and was told it would be delivered in 4 weeks. After 5 weeks I called to find out the status of my order and was told "We changed our computer system and your order was lost. I'll call and make sure it get's expedited and it will be delivered in 3 weeks." After 3 more weeks I called to find out the status of my order and was told "We changed our computer system and your order was lost. I'll call and make sure it get's expedited and it will be delivered in 3 weeks." Both times I called, the sales rep had no problem finding the forms I had originally submitted. I will be starting over - with a company in my area.

Had both bathrooms done at one time. What made me decide to go with them was the quality of their work, their very competitive pricing and how friendly they all were. Going thru the different stages, I learned how difficult it is to manufacturer and install these showers to almost perfection. They continued to fine tweak, fix and adjust until we were completely satisfied with both installations. The only negative is that there needs to be better communication between the different departments of the company. With the way things are in the world these days with getting the help needed to run a business, and good help, they still manage to put out a great product and make sure the customer is completely satisfied. I would certainly recommend and us them again.
