Newest guy must learn cust svc skills. Inst of practically ignoring customers n talking to coworker entire time with very little responses whatsoever to cust. Worst thing was when rcpt of transaction was presented to me with silence. Dude acts like customers do not matter. Never any issues with anyone else, this guy needs to fig it out er he will nvr make it in cust svc of any type.
