Over paid and rude. Went to the 3 post offices that are involved. They blame each other and still not taken care of. Send wrong mail to us. When returned send it to us again..Called and got someone on east coast. Explanation and still not fixed.

Horrendous mail delivery out of this post office. The last four times I've used hold mail delivery, they can never manage to actually deliver the held mail on the due date or any other date, and I have to end up picking it up myself. I too often receive others mail and wonder where my mail ends up. I had a supervisor's phone number, but for the last two days I've been calling it and it just rings non-stop. The USPS has no idea what customer service is and they are all over paid. We as citizens of this country do not have a choice. Ridiculous. If I could give 0 stars I would.

You literally just have to go to the office in person, because they never answer the phone (not that their direct number is even listed publicly). For every little thing, you have to their office, otherwise nothing will ever get handled.
It should not matter that your name is misspelled, if they put Dona Walker instead of Donna Walker and your address matches, it should absolutely not matter..
You have to.go to your local post office and purchase signature confirmation and the item you wish to mail

This location is doing some kind of fishy stuff they keep doing the same thing with me loosing my packages saying they delivered and not true they stealing them they need to get investigation in this station
