They are open 24/7 other than Friday and Saturday they close for two hours 2am-4am

Why is it hours are '24/7' but it seems whenever I show up past 1 am the lights are all on but the doors are locked and the employee peeks out the window from behind the counter but doesn't open the door

There sometimes have been a one hour window where they run readings and change out and count the drawers. They also mop, etc. I'm not sure if this is every night, but maybe weekly or monthly. Lately I haven't noticed them closing at all for that. Fairly certain its a safety thing. I have been locked in with them for that hour several times.
