My car wouldn't start, I knew my battery was toast, I got a jump from a buddy, and headed over to autozone.. it was the busiest hours of their day, and they were still able to give me great service, and fix any issues that I had. (I snapped a bolt while replacing my new battery with the terminals, the battery should have still worked but it did not. I went in and asked for help, and they served the customers that were waiting in line while I remained patient. Once they came out to see the replacement job I did they suggested a simple, and easy clean to the terminals, got me the bolt I snapped to replace, and everything worked great. I'm thankful for their service, and they also give good military discounts.

The best possible experience! I needed parts for an oil change but wasn't sure exactly what I needed. The guy that helped me answered all my questions and helped me get all the parts I needed. He also told me that anything I didn't need could be returned. I was able to get my oil changed and had exactly what I needed. I returned one part, no questions asked. What could have been an all day fiasco was taken care of in less than an hour due to the knowledge of the employees. I couldn't be happier!
