I had to replace my old hearing aids, (Costco)and it was a pleasant experience. I could tell John was a experienced testing agent and he knew what he was doing. Also he was very patient with me. I got a great set of hearing aids and feel confident they have been fitted and adjusted just for me. I feel I made the right choice and Kaiser reccomends them. They have better customer service than Costco too.

My first experience with hearing aides for myself,so wasn't sure what to expect. Hearing exam proved what I already suspected. The exam was fast but thorough and a week or so later ,John had me come in and fitted for the hearing aids. Instantly I heard sounds I hadn't heard in years. They are comfortable, easy to adjust both manually and on my phone, and practically invisible. I highly recommend TruHearing and only wish I had done this sooner

Yes, we repair most hearing aids no matter where they were purchased. Whether we do the repair in office or send them back to the manufacture depends on what needs to be done. Replacement or repair of internal parts like the microphones, receivers and chip usually require repair at the manufacturer. About 70% of all repairs are done in office. If you have a hearing aid that needs repair, bring it in and we'll assess it and give you an estimate on repairing it.
