I visited the Subway in Greenbelt today for the first time in over a year. I was very disappointed with the long line and pace of service. There were 3 people working but non of them were efficient. The food was good but the service was not good. I recommend trying a different Subway.

In regards to doing doordash/Uber this is the worst location. They don’t make the order without a verbal confirmation from the customer but who wants to wait each time for that. This is the only location that does this… maybe try calling the customer before the driver comes to save everybody’s time.

I used to work here and the owners kept this place so clean that it made me look at fast food differently. When I was there, this was a black owned establishment which I found impressive. Not sure if it's still owned by the same family but yeah, this place is a go.

The two women inside of this restaurant did not care about any of the customers , they were going as slow as they can kept going in the back and leaving one lady by her self with a whole line of people to take care of I don’t know what’s going on with the past couple of visits have not been great, and im try to eat a healthier and this is the closest subway please look into some better employees is all I can say
