Don't let the beauty of the structure fool you, in other words Don't just this book by its cover! Poor management in office and regional and the can't keep anyone to manage it. Emergency maintenance requests not being honored for the elderly nor do they have a backup generator. Any small storm and the power goes out. I do not recommend for anyone on an oxygen tank or wheelchair bound! Was told by a resident she was being put out after living there over a year with her therapy dog that she couldn't have any pets... They do not look out for the best interests of the disabled and elderly community.

The regional and building manager have no regards to the senior citizen community. They talk and treat the residents unethical. Leaving my mother whom is a diabetic without a working refrigerator going on 2 days. When my mother called emergency maintenance (which the voice mail states refrigerator issues as emergency) the regional manager of this apartments advise my mother the maintenance was out of town until Monday. TODAY IS SATURDAY...she was advise to use public refrigerator that anyone could access,any time and on an entire different floor she lived on with knee surgery pending. I don't advise anyone moving here. Very careless

My mother lives in this senior community and they have this young lady working in the rent office not helpful at all. She's new so the community thought they've finally got someone that would continue to make this community for senior citizens a little easier,however it is not the case. She is now demanding that these senior citizens pay their rent online. Some of the residence here are 80+ & aren't tech savvy nor do they have anyone to help them each month to make sure their rent is paid. They've been submitted money orders and checks and now these citizens are afraid to speak up afraid they're going to get kicked out bc they don't know how to access "rental portal" online. It's really ridiculous. Also when a resident ask for the corporate office number the young lady told them she will give it to her at 5pm..why 5pm bc she was busy and probably just wanted to give them a number after business hours so they can't call.
