I showed the barber a photo but she argued with me and used her ‘16 years’ of experience as an argument(who asked); also saying I showed her 3 hairstyles when I showed her one photo but wanted an undercut and a fade on the side. I will admit it was partially my fault for not explaining it well, however it was also her fault for not working with me when I get the same haircut from an ethnic barber and they get it down to the tee. Unfortunately, I came with a family member that day and showed them a photo of the sideburn style that they wanted done but it was not done. The photo showed a triangle sideburn, and of course they did BLOCK sideburns.. I wish they would work with the customers and go step by step, and if they forget the hairstyle wanted, to ask to see the photo again. The funniest part is at the end of the haircut if I was asked if it looked fine and I said it was ok *sarcastically* thinking she would see the NUMEROUS mistakes in which she didn't and hence the event where I came back and was into a brief argument. I had good experiences from this shop before but this experience disappointed me from the attitudes of the staff, atmosphere, and not understanding or trying to work with me. I wish I can say I would come back but it is not likely and I would not recommend. Ps. I still left a tip.

First time visitor. Marriah was VERY professional, efficient, friendly, and did a great job. I was also impressed when she shared how long she had been cutting (10 years). Sounds like Sports Clips hires capable and experienced professionals.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a sport clips location. I was charged for a triple play but she did not offer to wash my hair out. I was not happy so I only tipped $1 for my rushed haircut that took about 4min. She then caught an attitude as I left, she said “thanks for the dollar” sarcastically.
