Terrible place to live...unprofessional peopl..they keep information from there clients. They also will tell you that ur apartment will be ready in 2 weeks but it really takes around a month & more. They have a terrible background checking system that would say that you have a Felony when you really don't. I'm a homeless veteran that qualifies for a two bedroom apartment because I have a child with me. I gave them everything they needed in December. Now is January 17 and I'm out of $225 no apartment and still living in my car. I wouldn't suggest NOT moving there find another complex that is not associated with them... I know I have

don’t let the low star ratings scare you, those reviews are old. i wanted to wait until my move out month to give a review. i have to say, what really made my experience at the Pines is the amazing office staff, specifically Amy. the maintenance can be slow at times, but they make up for it in fixing any issues that occur and are polite while doing it. the new management has helped to make a lot of things run smoother. everyone in the office is so helpful! thank you guys for everything! if i wasn’t moving out of state, i certainly would’ve stayed at the pines.
