Yikes! I was looking at this office for a new PCP. Looks like patients complaints are legitimate and the doctor is doubling down on rudeness and blaming the patients. Not a good practice for a so called professional. Too many recent complaints for me to consider as a new PCP. Wow Tittle I think your response proves everyone's point. You're the so called professional, maybe you should act like one. Patient bashing is never good PR.

I was assigned as a patient of Dr Tittle. They cancelled my first appointment because my phone was broke and they could not confirm my appt. I went to the appointment and was turned away. I explained why and told the receptionist I needed to see the Dr because I needed my medicine refilled i was out of medication. The final straw was the nurse got upset because I threatened to sue after 10 days with no meds and she cancelled my appointment. I am now without a primary care doctor and a hospital bill to get my needed medication. I amm a cancer survivor with diabetes, high bp, severe arthritis fatty liver etc.i do not recommend this doctor at all. I did reschedule the original appointment. The receptionist said she would call me if there was a cancellation. The original appointment was August 13th. I told the receptioninist I was out if my major medications and needed to see the Dr to get them filled because of a change in my insurance from Medicare to AARP Advantage Plan i had to get a new Dr and my refills cannot be refilled until I ee my new Dr. She schedules my appointment for August 29th., too long to go without needed meds. I am not rich to be able to purchase meds without insurance. I was breaking my meds in half to strecth them to the appointment. I was desperate and called to talk to the nurse. She was rude and unprofessional and i was frustrated and talked about suing them if i had any complications about my medication. She got really ugly with me and cancelled my appointmrnt. I called back on the day of my appointment and the receptionist was rude and unprofessional as well, repeating what the nurse said. I had to call the insurance company several times to get them to fill my medications for a thirty day supply. They sent me to the emergency room where I will have to pay a 90 dollar copay. I still have no primary care physician. You can lie for them all you want they were rude snd mostly racist because I am black. Show quoted text
