What’s wrong with their answering service? Nobody answers, can’t find the website the robot is talking about to have to schedule an appointment , I need to talk to somebody!

We have 3 phone lines and if all lines are busy or it is after hours the answering machine picks up. If you do not want to leave a message, please call back in a few minutes during office hours. We do not have an answering service.

Usually if you leave a message they will call back. Otherwise keep calling until someone answers. They're usually good about answering...
