An absolute sham scam. Constantly raising the rents. It's all about the dollar bill with Southwood. I regret ever renting from these crooks. Renters beware. Run and stay away from these con artists, they will drain you dry! If you come into Southwood RUN!!!

Lousy service. Charges paid that we shouldn't owe. Paid under duress now have dispute filed. No confidence in getting a fair resolution. When you leave them be ready to be fined in any way they can find possible. We were loyal and happy lessors, but impossible to leave without many issues. Oh and after we paid the money, under duress, my check had cleared, I got a letter that we were being sent to collections! WOW! Not happy with Southwood Realty at all...

My daughter and her spouse were flooded out this week at Ansley Village in Macon, Georgia. Southwood has given them no time for clean up and moving to another unit. Demanding they move in 48 hours with any sort of moving company days out from being able to take the job. I don't understand the lack of empathy for the situation.

Hello! We have an agent at each property in the area that you are interested in. If you contact a property, they will tell you what they have available and if it does not meet your needs, they would be happy to gather your info and refer you to a community that best fits your needs.

Southwood Realty has a Corp office in Gastonia, and that number is listed on the website at the very bottom of the website page. If you have recorded your reports(given written complaints with dates on who you notified of your complaints) I am pretty sure Corp will deal with this issue immediately. If they take too long(might think about calling one of the local news stations to help on your behalf).
Go to dilworths official website. Once on the home page, click "residents" from there you can set up a resident account. It can be set up to pay automatically every month or you can make individual payments each month.
Lol brittany place would rather not have to see there residents they highly recommend you pay online
