Not a good experience overall. It took a 1 star review (which was later changed to a 2 star review) to finally be contacted by the office regarding the $295 Security Deposit Waiver Payment, which is not actually a traditional security deposit and you will never get the $295 back. It took over 6 attempts to be contacted by the leasing office after move-out regarding the Security Deposit Waiver Payment. Overall, the apartments need to be renovated and are in poor standing. Here are pictures from the day we moved in...

It's a very quiet place, but the walls are paper thin you hear everything your neighbors are doing I believe you will be paying more than what these apartments are really worth you don't get the appliances that are offered my apartment only had a stove and fridge no dish washer or microwave... The heating is garbage your freezing in your own home during the winter one hotel a/c, heat on the roof isn't doing anything. I paid way to much for what I got send your money elsewhere unless your in a situation like mine just a temporary place until something better comes.
