I lived at Brentwood Chase from July 2015 until January 2022. This was my first solo apartment and I loved it . The layout was open and spacious for a one bedroom one bath. I lived on the second floor in phase one so I had cathedral ceilings. Even though I had one bedroom , it was big enough for me and also I repurposed my dining room into a nostalgia nook. Whenever I had an issue and put in a maintenance order, it was fixed the day of. I loved we could pay rent online for convenience. The layout of the apartments in phase 1 gave me privacy as only one neighbor walked past my door. I felt safe here with no issues . In my time of being there all roofs were replaced, pool cleaned every year, fire pit installed, routine filter replacements, pest control and fireplace cleaning services. We also received a monthly newsletter, end of summer pool parties, balcony holiday decoration contests. I would recommend this property to anyone, I would honestly still be living there if I hadn’t moved for a better job opportunity.

One of the best places I've lived. Friendliest staff and maintenance crew. Never had to wait for maintenance issues to be addressed usually same day service. The grounds are beautiful and impeccably kept. Kudos to Theresa the manager and her entire team!!! I always felt like I was at home there and because I didn't have any family in the area it was like they were my family in Gastonia. Best regards to all of you there. I miss you. Janet Nelson
