HORRIBLE COMPANY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL they took my money and never processed my application. Literally took all my personal information and just never contacted me. Do NOT apply with them.

Honestly if I could give a lower than one star I would. I lived here for a total of 3 years. I understand that you get what you pay for but I would expect BARE MINIMUM effort at least. To start with when me and my girlfriend and her pregnant sister first moved in they had to “refinish” the bathtub. The chemical smell was so strong for the first week that we weren’t even able to stay in the apartment. After that we had numerous issues trying to get maintenance or the office to do ANYTHING at all. The plumbing is awful. Every week we had to call to get someone to fix the sink or the toilet or the shower drain. At one point we called and had to wait our bathtub literally had standing water in it for A WEEK. When “new management” took over the slum they were even worse. They did away with flex rent which helped a lot of people be able to pay their rent during covid. One of my carbon monoxide detectors went bad and I had the fire department out to come check to make sure it wasn’t a leak and they said it was a bad detector. I took the issue to the office for a replacement and the girl acted like she was writing something down and said they would have someone out to replace it. 6 months later no one showed. The laundry room is only open during office hours so if you have to work and work the same hours as the office you’ll have to find somewhere else to do your laundry. Most of the other residents are nice except for the ones firing guns at night waking the neighborhood and putting holes in windows. Also the pictures of the apartments are of the “show” apartment. The ones you’ll be staying in do not look that good AT ALL. Bug infestations the back doors don’t seal at the bottom so when a heavy rain comes prepare for your kitchen to be flooded. Honestly I wouldn’t want my worst enemy living here. The current rent cost is NOT worth it and I am so glad I was able to get out. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Ever. Run. As far as possible.

We require all applicants to pass a credit, and criminal background screening. We also require that you bring home 3 times the rent amount, and show proof of this with at least 2 months worth of check stubs or bank statements. We verify rental and employment history. In order to pass our screening, you may not have any evictions, housing debts, civil judgments or have any outstanding utility bills.
