Great customer Service…. I was at the store a few minutes ahead of opening time. They said they could help me even though the store was not officially opened. Very appreciative that since they were ready a few minutes early that they took my Amazon packages . Thanks!

I came in the other day and I must admit I was not in a very good mood, took my anger out on an employee that admitted he was new to the store. When I asked his name, he said his name was Shivan and if he sees this i want him to know that he handled me very well. He explained to me how the amazon drop off process works (because I did not know) and went above and beyond to give me direct contact numbers for Amazon and reassured me that everything would be okay and soon enough I got my money back and by the end of it all I left in a better mood. I especially liked that he was knowledgeable about all things amazon, and how he carries himself. Very respectful young man. Thanks again Shivan!
