The last thing that a person needs during a period of grief is for complications to arise. John made certain that that was not going to be my experience . John Assisted me in addressing all my options and everything went off without a hitch After chasing the cemetery who shall remain nameless out of sheer kindness alone) over a year to install a granite marker. Granite marker was delivered to the cemetery August 10th and I am still waiting. I appreciate John demeanor and I must point out the fact that he even went the extra mile and tried to contact the cemetery via email regarding my situation. As far as I am concerned, that is going above and beyond what is expected of him; and it was much appreciated. Maver made a frustrating situation less frustrating than it would have been
