I contacted the Surrogate"s office to speak to someone about my responsibilities of being guardian to my husband who unfortunately passed away. I was very fortunate to be connected to Annette Rivera to help me with the issues that I was having. Annette went out of her way to help me and and was extremely pleasant in doing so. I highly recommend her and believe she is an asset to the office. If anybody has an issue, they should definitely speak with her. My mother passed away unexpectedly and the office employees have been nothing but rude and disrespectful to my father while we’re navigating these horrible times. Maybe they need some sensitivity & compassion training because this is a terrible way to represent your county like this. Do better.
