I am only giving one star because I have no choice. I would prefer 0. If you have the option of using someone else I would strongly suggest another service. My husband is recovering from open heart surgery and we are desperately in need of these services and they have been awful. Not calling to schedule appointments, not returning calls, missing appointments with out calling, etc. They are very unorganized and unprofessional. We had one nurse show up and she was a supervisor and she was great but the nurse that was assigned to us was supposed to call the day before and did not, came late to the one appointment she made, spent the entire time talking about herself, then she no showed for the 2nd appointment, lied and said she called my husband (there was no record of a call on his cell or a message and it was on all day and they also have my phone number), promised to come the next day, called to say she was sick....... We now have a call into the VNA telling them we want another nurse (last things I need is a sick nurse visiting my husband who is recovering from heart surgery) but the VNA has not called us back. When we could not get a response as to when someone was scheduled last time they never called me back. They are unprofessional and unorganized. EDIT TO REVIEW! Funny, you can be on top of your Google reviews but not your clients. You responded to this before someone called me back about my concerns! I guess your image over your actual assistance is what you care about. I have already called the number you listed as did my husband and neither of us have gotten a call back. Maybe get off the internet and service your clients! I now think even less of you than I did before.

I felt compelled to write this review because of the amazing care I have received from Nurse Micheal and Physical Therapist Angie. They are extremely professional, caring and compassionate. Thank you VNA for sending me these two wonderful people .
