ZERO STARS!!!! This company has been avoiding me for over 14 days now. I call 2-3 times a day. They never paid the company for work that was done at my home on 6/27/22, it is now 9/30, so the company has charged me. I have been given the run around for weeks now for work that should have been paid for back in June. Swyfft has been beyond negligent and unprofessional. First, my claim manager left the company and never passed my claim along to someone else. It was only after I had already been charged $1,700.96 that I was even informed that no one has been handling my claim. I have left countless messages with 'customer service' and have written a chain of emails documenting everything. Now, I am being told that my claims manager cannot return my calls due to the hurricane in Florida! I am beyond frustrated and there is no end in sight. RUN from this company.
