The staff is great. The three stars if for the fact that that we lost a great store, which has now been relegated to a glorified storeroom for used stuff. Terrible.

My moms always said if u have nothing nice to say,than say nothing at all...well screw that idea !!! They suck here...the 17 yr old that run the place needed to be disciplined more as pups cause manners helpfulness cleanliness cooperation and usefulness are all bottom ranks the store is kept up nice enuff but that is about it...if ur liking expensive electronics with minimal help and zero expertise than this is the spot fer u !!! If ur looking to get anything besides a headache and herpes (1 time and u can never let it go!!!) Than maybe try online or any other city's version of "Best Buy"...

I purchased a 55in LG television. When I arrive to pick up my television it wasn't fear they went above and beyond to help me get a brand new television instead of an open box and they delivered it to my residence.. excellent customer service and quick shipping on certain items

The Google maps said the store will be open until 8 pm on Saturday. Drove an hour to the store and found out they have closed at 6 pm.
