Tried to tell me i had to return jewelry to the store it was purchased from which is against Kay’s company policy. Some staff were polite, Others were rude, nasty and disrespectful.

I highly recommend this Kay Jewelers to anyone. The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable. They ensured that we knew where my wife's ring was headed and what would be done to it. Mike was professional and personable. We did not get the woman's name who was there that day, but she made sure we were taken care of and answered all of our questions.
