When one of your buddies at the front desk includes a personal “happy birthday” with your confirmation text, and then the whole team sings to you upon arrival! 🥰🥰🥰 I’ve had excellent results at the Brockton location, and I look forward to my appointments. The team is phenomenal and it’s such a comfortable, friendly atmosphere, from the minute you walk in the door. The front desk staff is so great, and they make check in really easy. The facility is clean and unpretentious. I usually work with Bisi, and she is such a pro! She’s extremely knowledgeable, and her genuine care for her patients is obvious. She always takes the time to answer my questions and help me work toward my goals. My lower back pain has been reduced significantly since working with her at Baystate PT in Brockton. Bisi has taught me several techniques that I’m able to use at home when necessary as well. When I have a flare up of pain, she adjusts my routine accordingly. I’ve also worked with Kylie, and really enjoyed working with her as well. Ethan is always so great at demonstrating exercises and making sure that my form is correct, and he’s also just so nice to chat with. I’d recommend this place to anyone that would benefit from PT.

Thank god I found Bay State !! I was in constant pain for months due to bulging discs and sciatica and found no relief with my doctors office or medication. Sarah (PT) worked with me effectively and designed a plan that alleviated my pain. Dr. Tran (chiro) enhanced my healing while addressing important issues related to alignment and muscle. I would highly recommend Bay State to everyone. The front desk staff is especially friendly!

These ppl are the nicest physical therapist an assistant you'll ever encounter on your road too recovery from a auto-mobile accident or work related injury. I had the most nicest & spiritually engaging healing experience here in my opinion. I should of been left my experience here but just coming across their rating link now. They are truley angels with healing hands. I treated with them in 2015. May god continue to bless all of their paths in life an everybody who comes abroad..I just wish they offered their own transportation.
