Staff was great! Person answering the phone needs to check in with the store more. Called asked if they’re accepting walk-ins today for a mother son tattoo, he says yes! Come on down! After driving over an hour to get there they tell me it’ll be an hr and a half wait, we’ll call you, no problem. Wait 2.5 hours and ended up making an appointment that I didn’t really want to make. If the staff wasn’t so understanding I would’ve left and never came back. So thank you for that. But again, THE PERSON ANSWERING THE PHONE SHOULD CHECK AND SEE IF THE STAFF IS ACTUALLY CAPABLE OF TAKING WALK-INS. THANK YOU

Staff was super friendly and explained all I needed to know. The tongue piercing was quick and less painful than I expected! Reasonably priced as well. And they accept walk-ins!

It was packed when I got in and majority was there for piercing, like myself. I waited only about an hour. I was happy with the service and the piercer was great. The wait didn't bother me much

It's best to make an appointment, they do get busy & you have to put a deposit down also.
Walk ins are for small tattoos. If you're looking for a cover up you need to book an appointment
They do pierce. I got nose done. It was $50 /$60 depending if you want septum or nostril. They do all other piercing as well I believe in the same price range.
Anyone younger than 18 needs their parent with them and the parents proper identification.
