I highly recommend this Jewelry store! I have come to Romm for many years for purchases and they are always friendly, professional and pleasant but this time they went above and beyond what I would expect from any other Jewelers. After coming in to have my mothers engagement ring cleaned days before my daughters wedding for her to wear down the aisle, Brittany asked if I would like her to also clean my own engagement and wedding band. She noticed that the prongs were damaged on my engagement ring and she recommended I not take a chance on wearing it. Fixing it was out of the question since they send out for repairs it would not be back before we had to leave for the venue in Maine. Since I told her I have made many repairs to that setting. She helped me pick out a beautiful new setting at a reasonable price but I still would not have it back to wear at my daughters wedding. Well before I knew it someone was on the phone arranging things to get it as soon as possible. I got a call from Brittany that same afternoon before they closed and said not only was it back and ready but also sized properly as well! Having a beautiful new setting with my diamond to wear as Mother of the Bride made me so happy. Brittany and the others at Romm will stop at nothing to please their customers.

Excellent Service beautiful jewelry and they stand by there merchandise. My engagement and wedding rings are fabulous!!! Romm';s offers a fyll array of basic Covid safety practices. We offer curbside delivery. Staff members get daily temperature checks and wear masks. We require our customers to wear masks also. We regularly disinfect surfaces. There is plenty of handsanitizer available. If your credit card is so equipped, we orrer no-contact charging. I am sure there is more but these are the immediate ones that come to mind.
