I found Kelly to be very prompt to back time urging me to call n talk directly in regards to an animal's possible neglect in freezing temperatures n the people were quick in their response as well as diligent in locating the animals even waited half hr to be certain they did great job

It seems like I'm always finding lost dogs roaming the neighborhood, while I'm out walking my own dog. Everytime I call them they've come within 10 minutes and they're always super nice to me, but more importantly the dogs. If my dog ever got lost I trust they would do everything they could to keep her calm and safe.

The staff at Animal Control are ALWAYS helpful, polite and timely. I have had several occasions to speak with them for various things. I know they are under staffed and over worked and they still maintain a high level of professionalism. In a city this large they get a lot accomplished with very little assistance. Thank You .
