They give you a price first and at the end turns out the doble, pay 87$ for use a van for 4 h. I pay the same price for a van for 24 h, no worth the money, check everything before to take the Van out, The gas was a little inaccurate, i realize that when i finish the app check they send to you, I finish pay more for gas.

Extremely unprofessional and poorly run store. The general manager George is very rude, nonchalant, and dismissive, which carries over to his employees. Most employees don’t know what they’re doing, or are on their phones instead of assisting other customers. I’ll never rent from here, or any other Uhaul again.

Overall I had a great experience. The truck was ready on time, the truck was clean, the mileage was correct and the customer service representative was able to answer all my questions. This location loses one star on this review due to the condition of the parking lot. As I was inspecting my truck before leaving the lot I noticed the trash lining the borders of the property. Had the premises been clean this would have been 5 stars.

First, I waited all day for the "ready to pickup" call that I was told should come in a "couple of hours." Eventually I called myself just to find it impossible to get through to the actual location and had to deal with nationwide customer service. After explaining to the person the full details of my situation and what I needed to achieve, she called this location for me to have them give me a call. The guy called with completely wrong information like he hadn't listened to on word the woman said. After correcting him, he said I was good to come pick up my Ubox but needed the wiring harness. He then sent me on a wild goose chase to multiple other locations to get a tow harness (none of the other locations had said tow harness that this location "called ahead" to confirm) I get back to this location and the ONE worker spent 40 minutes on the phone with his manager because he couldn't figure out how to complete my basic rental. After 40 minutes of going nowhere (on top of the hour and twenty mintues I drove around for the adapter) I had had enough. Two hours of my day wasted and still left without a trailer. Absolutely the worst Uhaul I have ever been to. Completely under staffed and the staff on site was not trained at all. Companies like Uber shut there contracted drivers down when they hit 3.8 out of 5 stars for evaluation. Maybe it's time Uhaul starts evaluating all of these 2 STAR locations. Will never use Uhaul again after this never ending display of incompetence.

It's very dependent on the trailer type and time of year. Typically, it costs about 65 to 85 dollars to rent a dual axel car trailer for the day if you tow it yourself. You can check the prices on uhaul.com to verify 👍
