I found my experience with Harbor Freight Tools to be quite invigorating. I went on a Sunday afternoon.I was very pleased to find they had exactly what I was looking for. The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. I can't say enough about this store, they have every kind of tool you can think of that are inexpensive and moderately expensive. I will go back to Harbor Freight many more times.

A manager at the Brockton Mass store was very,,,,*** very helpful. He helped me figure out what went wrong here !we funded me re turnED $ back into my charge card ...after customer service after one of them said that we just give you a store credit ________we don't give u UR $ when we overcharge U!

Very poorly stocked store. Inventory control and replenishment is lacking at the Brockton store. Associates are helpful and knowledgeable and apologetic but lack of inventory is a big issue. Raynham store is better stocked and replenished. Will shop at Raynham in the future.
