Mademoiselle Awesome
They need to replace that dread lady because she's very rude ,she doesn't know how to talk to people ,Everytime I go there to make a payment she told me pay online instead of come here , I can choose whatever option I need it doesn't matter ,she think she owns the IRS building in Brockton ,she always argue with the customers ,when you asked her to speak to a manager she said ,she doesn't have one , only the white man is polite and respectful to customers .They need to send a secret shopper to this place for investigation because this dread lady don’t have no class at all .

I made an appointment to verify 2 of my children's identities at this office so they might get thier refunds before Christmas, but was only allowed to update one child. The person who set up the appointment neglected to list both names. The agent I was dealing with could have easily taken care of both, but took up too much of the 15 minutes I had alloted to me talking about his daughter and her upcoming wedding. I am more than frustrated with this office and how it handled my situation. Horrible people skills!

No help at all . I left that place crying they made fun of something I said and they were really rude I just wanted to get my papers and get out of the door . I never had a experience like this . I was so scared to ask questions . Next time I'm going to the one in hyannis . They should change the employees . Security guys are awesome very polite

Is there a phone # to contact the IRS to get a copy of a letter that was "sent" to me in December 2018 that I never received informing me that the request for an abatement of late fees was denied by the IRS. I faxed a request to the number I was given for a copy of said letter. If there is a phone # I could call and talk to a live person to get the letter ASAP. Thank you for your help. I spent over 2 hours trying to get help to no avail.
