Excellent customer service at this location. I got there early, shortly after they opened. We moved through the queue in about 20 minutes. They don't take walk-ins so book a truck ahead of time. The lot was spacious so I could get the truck out easy. This was our rental truck to move everything from the old home in Berkeley to our new home in San Diego. I rent from u-haul on an often basis and I came here to resolve an issue they pulled with an error and they handled the situation accordingly without any issues or problems great customer service will rent from them again

Facility is underground and the uhaul trucks don't fit. So unless you have a pick up truck, and ate comfortable making multiple trips. I'd look elsewher3.
