Alicia was very nice. Customer service skills was refreshing that was the key to me renting a storage unit in the first place. She took the time out to explain are the rental agreement the payment and she asked if I had any questions. I like the fact that the gates I don’t Lock up at the same time the as office close. And they treat you like a customer everywhere else I’ve been they act like you’re bothering them and they don't need business. Anyway I’m happy I found a good fit for my items.
