Just know the online price that's advertised is not the price u pay . Price online $90 price inside storage $150.24. They force to buy insurance that's $14.99 A lock from them also $16.99 but Carlos Fong charges $20 then he added a hidden fee $24.00 also didnt show me where my unit was or how to use the lock. Worse customer service I'm guessing the reviews are friends of this Carlos Fong because he definitely not cool neither is the storage place ... public storage is probably the bestin the bay The owmer responded to my review I ask for partial refund been that I wanted to move items out the next day and he stopped responding so I end up wasting $150 just for a day and a half
