Good rental company, cheaper than the others. We had some problems with the car (flat tire) and they helped us by providing a new car bigger than the previous one. In addition to reimbursing us for the expenses incurred. 8000 km traveled!

The car was smelly and sort of made me sick, but overall good experience.

The absolute hands-down worst rental car company you will ever find. Hidden fees and absolutely rude agents. My flight was delayed and I kept the car 4 extra hours. However, I called them and paid for an extra day and let them know. I also told them I would probably not keep the car a full extra day as I was trying to rebook. When I arrived just 4 hours past original due time and checked out instead of charging me $52 they charged me $92 for keeping the car 4 extra hours. They charged me $20 for making the reservation change and $20 for early return. Complete misrepresentation of what I was told when I called them to let them know I was late. BEWARE OF OF THE HIDDEN FEES. When I called and asked about the extra fees all they would say was it was in my contract. One agent went as far as to say it wasn’t right but in my contract. So just pay it. I will never rent from this fraudulent company ever again!!

The person that is under 25 will not be able to pick up the car the primary renter has to pick up the car. Otherwise they will switch it to the primary renters reservation and both the primary as well as the added driver must have a credit card on file. The primary renter card will be charged a deposit but the additional driver credit card will not be charged anything. Fairly easy process
If you use debit, they would run a credit check and then hold a deposit depending on the credit check as well as the rental fee whereas with a credit card, they would hold the rental fee and release it once you return the vehicle so you can pay for it at the desk.
No.
Yes
Yes they do!
I don't know but the $500 deposit makes me think that they are a scam so I can never use them
Yes
I would say , you better avoid them! They might seem cheaper, but you actually end up paying more.
