I bought a gorgeous Salvatore Ferragamo purse online, and when I received it the zipper was broken. I contacted their customer support and they were super unhelpful and offered to refund me $8.00 (less than the price of shipping!!). absolutely disappointing.

TERRIBLE experience. Everything that could have gone wrong with this experience, happened. First they loose my handbag, second it takes them 2 months to decide to pay me out for my brand new , never used, with lock and key handbag. Third they say they are giving me full value if I provide comparable listings. Fourth they only partially pay me out a month later and I am still calling, emailing and texting with different sales persons to get the rest of my money. NOT ONCE have I gotten a supervisor or a quick response to this problem and its been 5 months!

The consignor relations service is very bad, if you have an item consigned and they damaged it, after months and months requests, they will not compensate. The expertise and estimates are often wrong, for a vintage item for a value of $3000, first time they returned it and said inferior quality, I asked to reevaluate and consigned it again, they sequestered and said is counterfeit!!! I asked them to send it to the Brand company, because they are the only place which can tell if is fake or authentic and I know not %100 but %1000 it is authentic, they refused and kept my item !!! For years I sold with them , but the company getting big, they do not care about the clients and is very disorganized, nobody can give a proper answer!!!

Horrible experience , they gave me a quote for our Chanel necklace of between $1095-$1,395 so I sent it in only for them to say because the bag isn't the original bag it came with they can't buy it and the appraiser was very rude acting like I sent them junk !!!! I wish I could leave a negative -10 rating !!
