This place needs more PLUS SIZE clothes- more sizes 2xl and up. Come on people, you're leaving out a huge group of potential buyers by not having a better selection.

Buyers only buy things that they personally like. They also don’t know much about high end brands. I brought in a marine sierre shirt never worn and they offered me 5 bucks. Also as a black person I’ve noticed i anyways receive less or my clothes aren’t taken due to the condition even tho the clothes still had tags on them

I've never traded clothes before. So, decided to give it a try. Brought in 4 shopping bags of clothes. After being greeted, I was told that they only accept seasonal and designer clothing. Ok, most of the clothes I brought were designer. Employee looked through my things and stated that she can only take 1 pair of jeans for like $15 (I paid $300 ten years ago, and they were barely used), and two t-shirts, which were not designers btw. My total profit was $26. Ok, I regretted leaving my jeans with them...oh well. But I totally agree with other reviews that say things are waaay overpriced there. I saw a pair of Louboutin's in a good condition, but used, for $550! You can find new pair and pay less. Another example- Burberry knee-length coat for $250.. looked like it was in constant use for at least a decade. Sorry, but the whole experience felt like rip off. You know, when you come back home and you have that annoying sensation that something was not right? Yeah...

Crossroads is a second hand fashion store. A place where you can sell your good condition designs apparel. You can trade your items for store merchandise. Or just come in and purchase what you like. You can always find some pretty good stuff. Inventory changes very regular. Generally there may be a small line to get inside. Hand sanitizer at front door. Dressing rooms are closed.
